Article 1 – General Provisions

1.1/ The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) is to define the terms of use of the Pass'Partout marketed by EPIC Corbier Tourisme and its Partners, whose activity includes the promotion, reception, entertainment, and operation of tourist activities within their territory forming part of the Pays des Aiguilles d'Arves.

1.2/ The term « Pass'Partout» (hereinafter « Pass'Partout » or « Ticket » or « Medium ») designates the physical medium acquired by the Client. This is a reloadable prepaid card that allows the Client to pay for their chosen activities while benefiting from discounts ranging from 10% to 50%. The Pass'Partout is only valid within the territory of the Pays des Aiguilles d'Arves.

1.3/ The term « Client » designates the natural person who proceeds with the acquisition of a Pass'Partout.

1.4/ The term « Partner » designates the Tourist Offices with which EPIC Corbier Tourisme markets the Pass Partout.

1.5/ The acquisition of a Pass'Partout implies the Client's full and unreserved knowledge and acceptance of these GTC. These GTC are supplemented by the general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) of EPIC Corbier Tourisme or the Partner that carried out the sale of the Pass'Partout, as well as by the internal rules and regulations of each Establishment of EPIC Corbier Tourisme or the Partner.

1.6/ The Pass'Partout includes the resorts of La Toussuire and Le Corbier.

1.7/ The term « Establishment » designates a structure offering tourist activities.

Article 2 – Terms and Modalities

2.1/ Upon the acquisition of a Pass'Partout allowing payment for activities within the territory of the Pays des Aiguilles d'Arves, the Client will receive the corresponding Ticket as well as a proof of purchase. The Ticket and proof of purchase must be kept by the Client and may be requested during ticket inspection or for any request from the Client (theft, loss, or defect of the Pass'Partout).

2.2/ Any personal Ticket is non-transferable and non-assignable, whether free of charge or for a fee.

Article 3 – Operation

3.1/ Any Client wishing to acquire a Pass'Partout must visit one of the points of sale listed on the website www.passpartout-aiguilles-darves.com.

3.2/ The cost of acquiring a Pass'Partout is 2 €. The cost of the Ticket is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3.3/ Once the Client is in possession of one or more Pass'Partout, they must visit the website www.passpartout-aiguilles-darves.com in order to activate their  Pass'Partout and create their online account. The Client can then top up their Pass'Partout via the online payment platform on the website or in cash, check, or holiday vouchers (Chèques-Vacances) at one of the aforementioned points of sale. The maximum cash top-up amount is 150€. If the Client has multiple Tickets but only one online account, they can link the different Media to their account by entering the numbers of each Medium into their account.

3.4/ After completing all these steps, the Client can proceed to the activity of their choice and pay for it using their Pass'Partout or benefit from the discount granted to the Pass'Partout holder. In order to access the chosen activity and benefit from the applied discount, the Client must have loaded sufficient funds onto their Pass'Partout to pay for it in full via their medium; otherwise, the Client will pay the reduced rate of the activity using a payment method of their choice. The activity amount is debited each time the Pass'Partout is used.

3.5/ The Pass'Partout is exclusively a summer and winter product, but the resorts of Le Corbier or La Toussuire may decide not to activate it for a specific season.

3.6/ The Pass'Partout does not grant any priority access to the facilities. Certain activities require a reservation, which is solely the responsibility of the Client. Activities may be postponed by the activity organizer depending on weather conditions. Only the organizer of the postponed activity will be responsible for exchange or refund requests.

Article 4 – Refund Modalities

4.1/The Client may request a refund of the credit loaded onto their Pass'Partout for a period of 2 years. If the Client does not make their refund request in time, their credit will be frozen until the following summer season. The credit loaded onto the Pass'Partout is valid starting from the last use (top-up or activity consumption), after which it will no longer be usable or refundable.
