Article 1 – General

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) aim to define the terms of use of the Pass'Partout, marketed by EPIC Corbier Tourisme, whose activities include the promotion, reception, entertainment, and operation of tourism activities within its territory.

1.2 The term “Pass'Partout” (hereinafter referred to as “Pass'Partout”, “Pass”, or “Card”) refers to the physical medium acquired by the Client. It is a reloadable prepaid card that allows the Client to pay for activities of their choice while benefiting from discounts ranging from 10% to 50%. The Pass'Partout is valid only within the territory of Le Corbier.

1.3 The term “Client” refers to the natural person who purchases a Pass'Partout.

1.4 Purchasing a Pass'Partout implies that the Client has read and fully accepts these GTCS without reservation. These GTCS are supplemented by the general terms and conditions of sale of EPIC Corbier Tourisme that carried out the sale of the Pass'Partout, as well as by the internal regulations of each EPIC Corbier Tourisme establishment.

1.5 The term “Establishment” refers to a structure offering tourist activities.

Article 2 – Terms

2.1 When purchasing a Pass'Partout allowing payment for activities in the territory of Le Corbier, the Client will receive the corresponding Pass as well as proof of purchase. The Pass and proof of purchase must be kept by the Client and may be requested during verification of the Pass or for any requests from the Client (theft, loss, or malfunction of the Pass'Partout).

2.2 Any personalized Pass is non-transferable and non-assignable, whether free of charge or for payment.

Article 3 – Operation

3.1 Clients wishing to purchase a Pass'Partout must go to one of the sales points listed on the website:
www.passpartout-aiguilles-darves.com

3.2 The cost of purchasing a Pass'Partout is €2. This cost is non-refundable.

3.3 Once the Client possesses one or more Pass'Partout cards, they must go to the website www.passpartout-aiguilles-darves.com in order to activate their Pass'Partout and create an online account.
The Client can then reload their Pass'Partout via the online payment platform on the website (service temporarily unavailable) or in cash, cheque, or holiday vouchers at one of the previously mentioned sales points.

The maximum reload amount in cash is €150.
If the Client has several cards but only one online account, they may link the different cards to their account by entering the number of each card.

3.4 After completing these steps, the Client may go to the activity of their choice and pay for it using the Pass'Partout or benefit from the discount granted to Pass'Partout holders.
To access an activity and benefit from the discount, the Client must have loaded sufficient funds on their Pass'Partout to pay for the activity in full. Otherwise, the Client will pay the reduced rate for the activity using another payment method.
The cost of the activity is deducted at each use of the Pass'Partout.

3.5 The Pass'Partout is only available during summer and winter seasons.

3.6 The Pass'Partout does not provide priority access to facilities. Some activities require reservations, which are the sole responsibility of the Client. Activities may be postponed by the activity organizer depending on weather conditions. Only the activity organizer will be responsible for any exchange or refund requests related to postponed activities.

Article 4 – Refund Policy

4.1 The Client may request a refund of the credit loaded on their Pass'Partout within 2 years.
If the Client does not submit their refund request within this period, the credit will be blocked until the following summer season.
The credit loaded on the Pass'Partout remains valid from the last use (top-up or activity payment), after which it will no longer be usable or refundable.

4.2 Refund requests must be made directly through the Client’s online account (service temporarily unavailable).
